Josh Abston

Hey everyone! I'm Josh. I was born March 31, 1979 in Fort Worth, Texas where I was raised before making the big move to Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 10. Vegas proved to be an exciting place for me; it was here that I found a love for playing Pop-Warner football.

I attended the University of Las Vegas for two years. During this time, I became a lifelong member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.

The structure of college proved itself to be limiting and after two years I decided to pursue my life long dream of being a fire fighter. I passed the necessary exams and moved to Austin, Texas to work with the Austin Fire Department. However, it was shortly after this that my mother was touched with cancer, and I made the difficult decision to leave the fire department in order to be by her side during her recovery.

I got discovered by several Las Vegas agencies and they began to book me for a variety of fashion shows, and commercials. I then moved into print, commercials, and television. Both my mom and step-dad have stepped up to the plate as my biggest supporters.

I plan to return to fire-fighting in the near future and hope to help raise money for cancer research.
