Filip

Hello everybody, my name is Filip. I am 23 years old and I was born on the 19th september 1985 in Brno, Czech republic, where I live now and work as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and a model.

 

Sport belongs to me since my childhood. Till I was 15 years old I used to play ice hockey, but an injury stopped me. Since I was 15 years old, I am interested mainly in fitness and bodybuilding. Now I am getting ready for a classic bodybuilding contest in the year 2010.

As a personal trainer I was collecting experiences that I try to apply on my clients and on myself too. I have been a personal trainer for 4 years. I was working 2 years in Ireland (Dublin) and another 2 years in the Czech republic. I believe in hard training and a precise nutrition that make me in shape for all of the year.
