BIOGRAPHY Shawn Christian, born December 18, 1965, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, U.S., is an American actor, best known for his roles as Dr. Daniel Jonas in the soap opera "Days of our Lives ".
After graduating Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan in 1989, Christian moved to Chicago to pursue an acting career. Christian first starred in numerous stage productions, and began appearing in commercials. In 1994, Christian made his television debut portraying the role of Mike Kasnoff on "As the World Turns". He starred on the show until 1997.
From 1998 through 1999, Christian also had a re-occurring role in The WB television series "Charmed" as Josh. He also landed the role of Johnny Durant on WB's "Summerland". In February 2008, Christian returned to soap opera after being cast as a young doctor, and specialist Daniel Jonas on "Days of our Lives". View GALLERY:
